Hi Becky! I had some anxiety in my chest and neck trying to go to sleep yesterday night, but today I have a heavy and peaceful grounded feeling which I LOVE. I was much more calm and centered today and I kept noticing I had a slight smile on my lips all day. Thank you so much for the wonderful healing you do! I am looking forward to my next session.
